These terms govern your use of WristPlay, a YouTube client for Apple Watch. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
WristPlay lets you browse, search, and organize YouTube content from your Apple Watch, optionally connected to your Google account for subscriptions and saved videos. Playback of video and audio content happens on your paired iPhone, not on the Watch itself.
WristPlay is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube. Your use of YouTube content through WristPlay is also subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service.
Signing in with Google is optional and is used only to access your own subscriptions and playlists, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
Some features may be offered as a paid tier in the future. Where paid features exist, pricing and billing will be handled through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple's own terms. We'll describe any paid features clearly before you're charged.
You agree not to:
WristPlay is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — in particular, YouTube or Google could change or restrict their APIs in ways outside our control, which could affect or break app functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WristPlay's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
